"On behalf of my entire family I'd like to express my appreciation for the wonderful party you put on for my parents 70th anniversary. RJ couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating in setting things up by opening the restaurant early for us. Paul was a wonderful host and made sure that our experience was excellent. Sorry I don’t remember the server’s name, but she was terrific as well. Bimini Twist has always been a favorite restaurant of my entire family when we come to visit WPB and my parents have been “regulars” over the years, but for this celebration you really outdid yourselves. "My husband and I had the most amazing time last night. The food was so delicious. I actually tried the sweet potato encrusted grouper and I thought it was out of this world! My husband had the special "Filet Ala". This was the best steak he has had in a very long time. To say that a chain restaurant's food is better, is a disgrace to this amazing family- owned restaurant. And not only was the food great, but the service is wonderful. Our server was full of smiles and she gave us probably the best service we have had. She was great. "I’ve dined at Bimini on and off over the years and every time I go back I remember why I love it. There is no restaurant with the same feel anywhere in Palm Beach County. The food portions are huge and you get such a bang for your buck! You can just tell that everything is fresh and the staff is eager to please. I recommend the Hawaiian Salmon and the Spinach Dip. "We went to Bimini Twist based on [internet] reviews and were glad that we did. It is a fairly large, very modern establishment that was very busy the night we were there which was on a Monday. Despite the crowd we were seated quickly and presented with a very short menu with an emphasis on seafood. We've always found short menus to translate to excellent food and this was no exception. I had a yellowfish special with lump crabmeat, my wife had a steak/shrimp combo. Both dishes were excellent with my wife finding the steak perfectly cooked and among the best she's ever had. The drink specials were excellent and fairly priced. We can understand why there are so many rave reviews of this restaurant and are pleased to add ours to the list." - Don, March 2010
